THE RESCUE PROJECT FAQs

Who is The Rescue Project For?
Anyone and Everyone! It appeals to those who have been walking with Jesus for years, as well as for those whom Jesus is just a figure in ancient history. For this session however we ask that attendees are 18 years or older.
Why is it called The Rescue Project?
The Rescue project is named as such because it is a program, or project, that is focused on the core message of Jesus rescuing humanity through His sacrifice and saving humanity from the darkness of sin.
How much does it cost?
The Rescue Project is FREE
What is Included?
The evening sessions includes dinner, an episode of the Rescue Project and small group discussion. The morning session includes coffee, an episode and small group discussion. Morning attendees are encouraged to coordinate a potluck breakfast or snack. Everyone will receive a Rescue Project guide.
What if I can't make every session?
We encourage you to make the majority of the sessions because the content builds and this will help small groups grow together. However, if you can make the majority of the sessions please sign-up!
Is child care available?
We will not provide child care however if finding a babysitter is tough consider signing up one parent and sharing the content together at home. You can sign-up for a spot and either parent can attend. Feel free to rotate weeks. If you would like to use this option please put "parent swap" in the comments at registration and add the name of the second parent.
Can I attend alone?
Yes, no need to have a plus one.
Will we be in the same small group throughout the project?
Yes, we will set small groups in advance and you will stay with the same group. This allows you to grow in friendship and to have a shared experience from week to week. We will assign a small group meeting space for each group in advance as well.
Are Volunteers needed?
YES! We are looking for small group leaders (no teaching required and we will provide training). We are also looking for hospitality volunteers to help with cooking dinners, setting up buffet tables and cleaning up. Hospitality volunteers will still be able to participate in the Rescue project episode and small group but will experience the dinner from a place of serving instead of receiving. Look for sign-ups to come soon!
